I started to train regularly with Carl in January 2023 as I had back pain every morning when I got up and after playing golf. I tried Painkillers and lots of stretching but the results where temporary. Carl's method is not the usual stretching, more easy and more fun to do and the results are much more efficent and faster. After some weeks had no more back pain, even until today. Carl also showed me how to swing to take pressure of the back and now even my golf is much better.

Screen for joint restrictions, muscle imbalances and previous injuries

Do natural movements with the correct technique

3 Strength:

Add resistance to the natural movements using weights or bands.

A good friend from Florida who has been working with Carl for some time introduced me to him. With Carl's guidance and knowledge of how to use my inversion table I was able to effectively relieve low back disc pain. Carl also analyzed my golf swing and showed me how to swing in a way that reduced pressure on my back as well as activating my core and glutes. Carl also helped with improving my squatting technique to help build whole body strength and I have incorporated all of this into my regular workout routine. No one has ever been this specific!

I started playing golf when I was 7 years old and my father who was in corporate aviation and he flew professional golfers around the world. I had the incredible privilege of meeting and being coached by many of the tour players’ coaches. This gave me great insight, understanding and a passion for golf.

As a teenager I struggled with chronic back pain especially after a round of golf. I explored various therapies and treatments over the years but found the results to be temporary. It was only when I started discovering what the body’s natural movements are and stop doing conventional exercises that my back started to drastically improve.

Today I am able to play golf and wake up every morning without any back pain. With over 20 years of orthopeadic rehabilitation experience, combined with working with golfers of all ages, I have gained valuable insight into how to help golfers. I help golfers overcome back pain, reduce injury and adjust their swings which cumulatively improve their game performance and quality of life
